Terry Pratchett on Education
A funny, but true quote from author Terry Pratchett from his book “Hogfather”
“Getting an education was a bit like a communicable sexual disease. It made you unsuitable for a lot of jobs and then you had the urge to pass it on.”
Terry Pratchett, whose science-fantasy Discworld novels are some of the best-selling works in English fiction around the world, died on March 12, 2015, aged 66 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Pratchett sold more than 85 million books worldwide and was full of wit and wisdom.
