With the recent choice of the new Kentucky Democratic Party Chair and the upcoming quadrennial reorganization of the Democratic Party in Kentucky, I have gotten a lot of questions about the rules that govern these changes.
Most everything is covered in the by-laws of the party. Click on the image below for a full copy of the by-laws including the most recent updates of June 2015.
This is the owner’s manual of the party and is important that Democrats understand what’s going on as we head into the reorganization of our party.
